Eligibility Criteria
First Year B. Pharmacy(Intake: 60)
Minimum 45% marks i.e. 135 marks out of 300 in PCM/ PCB for Open Category and 40% marks i.e. 120 out of 300 in PCM/PCB at HSC (Std XII) examination for Reserved Category candidates.
Direct Admission to Second year(Intake: Probable vacant seats after CAP rounds)
Passed post HSC Diploma course in Pharmacy (D. Pharmacy) For Maharashtra State Candidate Only
M. Pharm - Quality Assurance(Intake: 18)
Passed Bachelor of Pharmacy Course from PCI approved Institution & possesses valid GPAT Score.
EDUCATIONAL LOAN ASSISTANCE
Assistance for pursuing education loan is provided at the institute.
One can avail education loan from almost 27 nationalized banks across India.
The common eligibility criteria for availing education loan are as follows:
- You must be citizen of India.
- You must have obtained a specified percentage. You should have consistently high academic records.
- You should not be older than 30 years though some banks impose a limit of 28 years.
- You must be doing your course from a recognized institution.
- You must already be in possession of the letter of admission.
- Your parent or co-applicant should have enough income or there should be sufficient family assets.
The amount of educational loan one can avail is as follows:
- You can get up to Rs. 4 lakhs of educational loan without any collateral.
- Under education loan scheme, you can get a maximum of Rs. 15 lakhs for studies in India and Rs. 25 lakhs for studies abroad.
- If loan amount is between Rs. 4 lakhs and Rs. 7.5 lakhs, you will have to provide third party guarantee to the bank. If the loan is above Rs. 7.5 lakhs, you will have to furnish the bank with collateral documents.
Rate of Interest:
- All Interest Rates are subject to change as per RBI rules.
- IT exemption under Section 80(E) in respect of interest paid in all Education Loans.
- 0.50% concession in interest for girl students.
- 1% concession for full tenure of the loan, if interest is serviced promptly as and when applied during the moratorium period, including course duration.

List of Expenses Covered Under Student Loan Scheme:
- Fees payable to college/school/hostel
- Examination/ Library/ Laboratory fees
- Purchase of books/equipment’s/instruments (maximum 20% of the total tuition fees payable for completion of the course)
- Travel Expenses/Passage money for studies abroad
- Caution Deposit/Building Fund/Refundable Deposit (maximum 10% of tuition fees for the entire course)
- Any other expenses required to complete the course like study tours, project work etc.

RULES & REGULATIONS
General Rules
- All students must wear college uniform and shall possess the I-card during college hours.
- As per university norms 80% student’s attendance is mandatory to appear in university examinations.
- Mobiles are strictly prohibited in classrooms, library and laboratories.
- Original documents need to be submitted in college till completion of course.
- Cancellation of admission and refund of fees shall be as per DTE, Mumbai, norms.
- In case the candidate wants to discontinue before completion of the course, or wants to seek transfer to any other college, she shall have to forfeit the fees (non-refundable) prescribed for all the remaining years i.e. for the entire course.
- Fees will have to be paid as per State Govt. norms prescribed from time to time.
- Fees may be deposited in the form of cash at bank counters available at college campus.
- Fees may also be deposited online to college accounts and reconciliation is to be made with accounts section.
- All the students must possess the official receipts of all payments till completion of the course.
- Refund of caution money and other deposits will be made only after completion of course and submission of original fees paid receipts/ Challan.

SCHOLARSHIPS
Eligibility Criteria for Scholarship
- Students must have taken admission in any recognized college or university.
- After getting this scholarship, any student cannot get the benefits from any other government scholarship in any way.
- The candidates’ father/guardian’s Annual income must not more than as follows per year to fill the form of the scholarship.
- For EBC students: 1 lakhs
- For OBC, SBC and NT students: 4.50 lakhs
- For SC and ST students: 10 lakhs
- For Minority students: 2.50 lakhs
- Student of a particular state will get a scholarship for his place of residence and not for his place or the state where he is studying.

How to apply for Scholarship
- Candidates visit the official website
- Go to the homepage and Login to apply for the scholarship.
- Choose proper link then read the official detail.
- Read this notification carefully before applying.
- Then go on the register button.
- Fill the application form correctly without any mistake.
- Enter your details as per 10th certificate and click on submit.
- Save one copy of the application.
- Upload the mandatory documents like a scanned photograph, signature and Caste\ certificate and others.
- When filled form will be submitted successfully then don’t forget to take the hard copy of this application for future use.
- Application complete in all respects shall be submitted to the Head of the Institution, being attended or last attended by the candidates and shall be addressed to an officer specified for this purpose by the Government of State/ Union Territory to which the student belongs, in accordance with the instructions issued by them from time to time.

Aadhaar Number (UID)
- Update option for Aadhaar number of candidate is given to Institute in their login. Institute has to Update the Aadhaar number of candidate and inform to the candidate for linking with their Bank account.

- LoginID (User Name) and Website for both the schemes i.e.Merit cum Means based scholarship (of GoI) and State Govt.scholarship (of Maharashtra Govt.) are different and for both schemes, User name (Login Id) and password are provided to that Institute whose name is in registered Institute List.
Renewal and Fresh scholarship
- The eligible candidate who has got one type of scholarship can apply as a RENEWAL for that type of scholarship only. Other candidate can apply as a FRESH scholarship.
Types of Scholarship schemes for Tech. and Prof.courses.
- Both types of Scholarship scheme i.e.Merit cum Means based scholarship and State Govt.Scholarship scheme are different one. One who has got one type of scholarship can't apply for Renewal in other scholarship, they can apply as a RENEWAL in same type of Scholarship. If want to apply in other type of scholarship, they can apply as a FRESH scholarship.

College fees are finalized by Shikshan Shulk Samiti. Fee for academic year 2016-17 is as follows, for B. Pharm (UG) is Rs.82,000*/- (Interim Fees) and for M. Pharm (PG) is Rs. 86500*/- (Interim Fees)

Direct S. Y. B. Pharm.: Candidate should pass D. Pharm. Course with 45% marks for open category & 40 % for backward category form A.I.C.T.E recognized institute.
