About Us
Pravara Rural College of Pharmacy (Diploma), Loni was set up in 1981 as one of the 7 disciplines in Dr. Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil Institute of Technology & Engineering (Polytechnic), Pravaranagar. In 1991, the Diploma Pharmacy college became an independent institute.
With senior teaching faculty, fully-equipped laboratories, innovative teaching methods, and regular mentoring of students, the institute has produced state level toppers over the years. And regular training, career guidance, and placement assistance lend us a good placement record.
For financial assistance of poor and needy students, the institute runs an Earn and Learn Scheme, and makes educational loans available from nationalized banks. Playgrounds make available sports facilities and balance academic activities.

It is my pleasure to welcome you to Pravara Rural College of Pharmacy (Diploma). Our college was established in the year 1981 and it has come a long way in extending services to health care needs of the society by creating dedicated and qualified pharmacy professionals. We always strive hard for excellence by adopting, implementing a system that ensures a perpetual improvement in the quality of education. We have devoted senior faculty, spacious and well equipped laboratories, modern classrooms and libraries to cater to the needs of students.
Diploma in Pharmacy program offers a dynamic curriculum as per the regulations of Pharmacy Council of India, New Delhi. We prepare students for practice in community pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Industry, Research Center and Hospitals.
Our aim is learning for life that inspires us to develop students with skills to learn and adapt new things in an ever changing world and at same time being lifelong learner.
