INSTRUMENTS: Centrifuge, Electrophoresis Systems and Power Packs, Autoclaves, Gel Documentation System, Hot Plates, Magnetic stirrers, Vortex etc., Laminar Flow, Microcentrifuge, Microscope, Nanodrop for DNA Quantification, Microwave Digestion Oven, Real Time PCR, -20°C Freezer, Water Bath – Shaking, UV Transilluminator, PCR, Spectrophotometer, Ice Making Machines, Water Purification Unit, Growth Rooms, Refrigerator 4°C and others.
Sophisticated Plant Tissue Culture Laboratory (PTC):
INSTRUMENTS: Horizontal autoclave, Vertical autoclave, Laminar air flow, Humidifier, Air shower, Pass box, Distillation unit, Microwave, Digital pH meter, Fumigation machine, Refrigerator, Vacuum cleaner, Air conditioner, Hot air oven, Rotary Shaker Incubator, Weighing balance, Glass bead sterilizer and others.
