Overview

Our school provides a very high and quality education to students. It follows fourfold track for providing better education for students. The school consists of Pre primary section (nursery-U.K.G), Primary section (class I-IV), Secondary section (class V-X) and Junior College-Science Stream (class XI-XII).
Teaching in our school is student-centered. We use new and enhanced technologies as a teaching tool. Smart classes are used as a most efficient teaching tool for students. We follow the X-Seed programs for classes from I-V.
Intelligence plus character is our true goal of education. We are more focused on providing a value based education which helps in developing and nurturing the intelligence and character which is the need of 21st century. We provide education to students for facing real time challenges of life.
Curriculum
The school follows the syllabus prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra and Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education, Pune Division. The School has been organized into three sections-Primary, Secondary and Higher Secondary (Jr. College).
- Girls are admitted as boarders and Day Scholars from classes I to XII.
- Standard I to IV comprises the Primary Section.
- Classes V to X comprises the Secondary Section.
- Classes XI to XII comprises the Junior College
The students are prepared for the Secondary School Certificate Examination (SSC) of the Maharashtra State Board, Pune.
Subjects taught are English, Marathi, Hindi, Mathematics, General Science, Social Science (History and Geography, Civics), I.C.T,E.V.S, Personality development
- Music and Art form an integral part of the curriculum.
- Computer Education is compulsory from classes I to XII.
- Different optional subjects are made available at Jr. College Science stream.

Learning Methodology
The education imparted at PGEMS is innovative and learner oriented. Teaching-learning process evolves in the class-rooms with supportive, effective and child-centered methods, helping the students to unfold their full potential through curricular and co-curricular activities. We also use technology as a teaching-learning tool.
