Mechanical Department

Mechanical department at the Dr. Vitthalrao Vikhe Patil Institute of Technology & Engineering Polytechnic, Loni is as versatile as the branch itself. As many as 80% of our students get placed and the innumerable awards we have won speaks volumes of our work ethic.

Starting from 60 students and 4 teachers in 1996, we have launched ourselves to 360 students (two shifts) and 13 teachers in 2018-19. A staggering 284 students have been placed through campus recruitments over the past 5 years including the 34 placed in the present year.

Our Vision

To build up the rural students as a technologist in the Mechanical Engineering relevant to the needs of society and industry.

Our Mission
