Skill Development Courses
The Padmashri Vikhe Patil College of Arts Science and Commerce, Pravaranagar is affiliated with Maharashtra State Skill Development Society working under Government of Maharashtra Skill Development Employment and Entrepreneurship Department. The need for giving emphasis on the skill development especially for the less educated poor and out of school youth has been highlighted in various forms. The main purpose behind the skill development courses is to develop various skills among the youth of rural area. The college has run Insurance Sales Advisor and Soft skill for Base Line Staff certificate courses under skill development scheme sponsored by MSSDS of Government of Maharashtra. 10th pass is the basic qualification for the both course. The main purpose to start up these two courses is to brings up drop out students, poor low educated students in the flow of skill base education.
